Purpose
This site provides information, documentation links, and downloads related to odio. It is offered free of charge and is not a commercial service.
The odio software
odio is not a single program but a set of independent open-source components, each distributed under its own license (BSD 2-Clause, MIT, or GPL-3.0 depending on the component). Your use of any component is governed by the license in its own repository, not by these terms. See the project on GitHub.
Responsible use
odio is a general-purpose audio tool that you are free to install and use on your own hardware. You are solely responsible for using it lawfully and for any content you play, stream, or route through it, including respecting the rights of third parties (such as copyright holders) and the terms of any service you connect to it. The publisher neither controls nor endorses how you use odio or what content you access with it, and accepts no responsibility for such use.
No warranty
This site and its contents are provided “as is”, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be available, error-free, or that the information it contains is accurate, complete, or up to date.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site or the software it describes. You use both at your own risk.
External links
This site links to third-party resources we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
